Covering a total area of 15,242 square feet (1,416 square meters), this jewel is quite disconnected and perched on one of the highest points of the island to offer almost 360-degree views of the Indian Ocean, Félicité and its surrounding islands.

GBPA ARCHITECTS, an integrated design company managed by the architects Antonio Gioli and Federica De Leva, has recently been commissioned to design the buildings of the new Porsche Experience Center Franciacorta, the eighth plant of this type in the world after those of Leipzig, Silverstone, Atlanta, Le Mans, Los Angeles, Shanghai and Hockenheim. Franciacorta will be the largest Porsche Experience Center in the world.

Me Dubai, the first Meliá brand hotel in the Middle East, has been recently inaugurated. It is housed inside The Opus, the 95-meter building owned by the Omnyat real estate company located in the heart of the Burj Khalifa district, adjacent to Downtown Dubai and Business Bay on the Dubai Water Canal.

Mario Cucinella Architects has received recently the go-ahead for Ekspozita Building, a new 93m tall mixed-use statement building in the centre of Tirana, Albania; comprising commercial, residential and public amenity spaces. The building’s unconventional shape allows it to partially encircle a generous new green space that is particularly valuable in a busy capital where open areas are few and far between.
